Our AMBROSIA Fire Roasted Peppers are flame roasted to enhance sweetness and add a smoky flavor. Peeling the skin by roasting is characterized by blackened/charred spots. This product provides sophisticated accompaniment to almost any dish, and are especially good with seafood and antipasto. Also use in salads, sauces, and soups, on sandwiches and with entrees. Available in red or yellow.
